Exercising your face will strengthen and tone your facial muscles, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and giving you a much more youthful appearance. If you are new to facial yoga, take a look at our ‘Let’s Get Started’ guide before attempting the tutorials.

We advise that you try and do a full routine to achieve optimum results from facial yoga, but when time is short, you may choose to focus on areas you are particularly looking to target.  Always work to your own level, and consult your GP if you are concerned about any injuries or recent procedures.
