Facial massage has so many benefits to the appearance of your face; it relaxes and tones the muscles and improves circulation. It is also excellent for boosting your lymphatic drainage system, the system responsible for removing the debris and toxins from your face.

We advise that you try and do a full routine to achieve optimum results from facial yoga, but when time is short, you may choose to focus on areas you are particularly looking to target.  Always work to your own level, and consult your GP if you are concerned about any injuries or recent procedures.

Use the filters below to choose the part of your face you are looking to target.
