Visit the “Become a member” page. Here you can select the kind of membership you would like (monthly or yearly).
Once you have selected this, go to ‘View Basket’ where you will be asked to input your contact and payment details. Once the payment has been processed, you will be automatically logged in. You will receive an email asking you to change your password, please do this immediately and keep it confidential.
To cancel your subscription, go to the subscriptions managment tab in your my account area.
Your monthly discount codes are available on the my account page at the bottom.
Each code only lasts for a calendar month unless it states otherwise, so check the code is still active for that month. Double check that you are definitely spelling the code correctly, using capitals where necessary etc. If the code still isn’t working, please contact the relevant company as it is likely to be a glitch with their system. We will of course investigate further if multiple people experience the same issue.
Simply click the ‘forgotten my password’ link on the sign in screen, which will generate an email with a password reset link for you.
